Writer Profiles

MERLENE MIDDA was born in Australia in 1948, and became a Kiwi in March 2019 after leaving Australia to join her twin sister in New Zealand. Merlene is currently working on her second book. Her first book was titled “A Life of Purpose” and was autobiographical, published by Balboa Press in 2017. Her second book is a novel based on the Bible. She hopes to have it published in New Zealand sometime during 2020. Merlene’s interests, apart from writing, include acrylic painting, diamond art, walking, and caring for her family.
