DR. SYLVIA PACK holds a PhD in Psychology from Massey University, and has published multiple articles in national and international journals. She has presented widely, counselled individual clients, co-led recovery groups, and worked 26 continuous years as a team leader in volunteer prison ministry. When her Master’s thesis on counselling Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) survivors was published online, it drew considerable response from New Zealanders who had experienced the terror and ill-effects of SRA but found no professional help. Her observations of the chilling results of this childhood abuse resulted in the trilogy, Healing from Satanic Ritual Abuse. Dr Sylvia has been married 51 years and has three children and four grandchildren. Her hobbies are cooking, guitar, and gardening.

    How To Heal From Satanic Ritual Abuse

    HOW TO HEAL FROM SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE is the first book in the trilogy Healing from Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA).  SRA is explained and given credence with quotes from reputable therapists, researchers and survivors; their documentation shows the universality of the torture, mind control and sex trafficking that are integral to this abomination. Childhoods are destroyed by SRA, and surviving adults find their lives oppressed and besieged with difficulties and dysfunction. Their challenges are discussed in practical everyday language. Feelings that were shut down in childhood are rediscovered, and false guilt discarded. The vexing problem of how to retrieve childhood memories is considered, and a process of achieving this using triggers is suggested.  The survivor is encouraged to find a good counsellor, work through their healing, and live life to the fullest. Bible verses are used throughout, numerically referenced and listed at the end of each chapter.

      How To Triumph Over Satanic Ritual Abuse

      HOW TO TRIUMPH OVER SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE is the second book in the trilogy Healing from Satanic Ritual Abuse. Satanic Ritual Abuse is a little known but devastating abomination which includes many atrocities. One of these is the brainwashing, or Monarch programming, of children. Mind control, how it functions, and the sexual trafficking that it serves are examined. Fragmentation, dissociation and the alter egos that form during torture, are defined and explained. How to appreciate, understand and care for alters in adulthood, and whether the survivor should remain a multiple or merge is discussed. The binary nature of the war between good and evil and the need to conquer as a Christian is supported by Biblical references. A chapter written exclusively for women suggests how to heal from the sexual abuse of childhood, and supporters of survivors are given ideas and encouragement. An extensive list for further reading is provided.
