Writer Profiles

JANE POTTER is married to Charlie and they have two children and four grandchildren. Jane has lived the past 46 years in Waiuku; and moved to Pukekohe 4 years ago. Jane has worked as a part time receptionist for the Waiuku Health Centre for 37 years. At 16 Jane gave her heart to God, she led a youth group at a young age, until her own children were teenagers; she also led a music team at the Franklin Baptist Church in Pukekohe for 20 years, and this is the fellowship she currently attends. In 2000 Jane decided to try writing a play for the church to put on for the community, which began a 10 year tradition, of an annual productions. Jane has always been interested in writing, she loves to tell stories.
