Writer Profiles

MAX CARR is a retired Chartered Accountant who has spent most of his working life in areas of fraud detection with respect to both taxation and gambling. This work has involved brief periods of time in London, Canada, Indonesia and Russia. He says he is pushing 70 but won’t say from which direction, and is married to Ruth. They have three children and ten grandchildren. He is an ardent follower of Jesus Christ, has been involved in speaking at camps and has served as an Elder in several churches. His passion is photography and writing, and the concept of expressing himself through both mediums – together. He lives in Flat Bush, Manukau.
